Our Commitment to Safety

SGS Mall maintains dedicated security staff, CCTV monitoring, and an on-call ambulance service to help ensure a safe environment for every visitor, tenant and employee.

Visitor Guidelines

• Bags may be subject to routine security checks at mall entrances.
• Please keep personal belongings, especially bags and phones, secure at all times.
• Report any suspicious activity or unattended items to the nearest security personnel immediately.
• Follow posted emergency exit signage and staff instructions during any drill or emergency.

Tenant & Vendor Guidelines

• All store fit-outs must comply with fire and electrical safety codes before opening.
• Fire extinguishers and emergency exits within each unit must remain unobstructed at all times.
• Staff should be familiar with the mall's emergency evacuation procedure.
